I recently entered into a contract [add details/ Description of goods on [date] [over the telephone/ online].
I would like to cancel the contract. I fully accept if the goods have been already sent out that I will be responsible to cover the postage and packaging costs both ways.
I fully acknowledge CMB Return policy. Please accept this email as notification that I wish to return my items purchased if received or cancel if not sent out.
I acknowledge that I am required to notify CMB within 7 DAYS (includes Saturday and Sunday) of my intention of returning the items and that I have another 7 days to return this back to CMB.
I also agree to send CMB any relevant tracking information.
I also acknowledge that in the unfortunate event the outfit or hat I have returned to CMB arrives damaged, I will cover the cost of any damages and seek compensation via the courier company.
I also understand that refunds can take between 1-7 working days to process
